Dr. Cheryl D. Knowles is a seasoned ministry leader, consultant, and creative professional with over 35 years of committed service to the Body of Christ. A proud native of The Bahamas, she has served churches and ministries both locally and internationally, providing strategic guidance in ministry startup, organizational development, leadership support, and operational structure.
Her ministry foundation was deeply shaped by over 25 years of service under the late Dr. Myles Munroe, where she served across multiple ministry disciplines including children’s ministry, youth, media, fine arts, and music — building a broad and rich understanding of how healthy ministries are built from the ground up.
Dr. Knowles holds Associate and Bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies and Theology, along with an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Leadership and Business — awarded in recognition of her outstanding contributions to community, society, and the Kingdom of God. She is also a Licensed Minister of the Gospel, bringing both spiritual insight and practical leadership expertise to every ministry she serves.
As President and Consultant of Integrity Church Development and Consultancy, she has partnered with pastors and ministry leaders to launch new ministries, strengthen existing organizations, and guide churches through seasons of growth and transition. Her services span ministry startup and development, leadership and organizational structuring, event planning and coordination, graphic design and branding, photography and video production, and social media and digital ministry support.
Her mission is simple: to strengthen leaders, bring structure to ministries, and advance the Kingdom of God with excellence.

How long do I have access to the course?
Forever. Once you enroll, you have full access to all videos, the manual, and all course materials for 1 year from your enrollment date. Take it at your own pace within that timeframe.
How long does it take to complete?
The course is designed to be completed over 6 weeks at one module per week. Since it is fully self-paced, you can move faster or slower based on your schedule. Most students complete it in 6–10 weeks.
Is this for new pastors or experienced pastors?
Both. New pastors will find a clear, practical foundation to build on immediately. Experienced pastors will find fresh frameworks, honest assessment tools, and strategic thinking that goes beyond most ministry training.
What do I need to do to get certified?
Complete all six weekly modules, submit your workbook exercises, pass the knowledge checks with a minimum score of 70%, and submit your Capstone Ministry Implementation Plan along with a presentation video not exceeding 15 minutes.
