Payment Policy

The July Transformation Suite is non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable.

Your payment, whether made in full or as a 50% non-refundable deposit, secures your reserved space in this month's Transformation Suite.

Clients selecting the deposit option are required to pay the remaining balance prior to the delivery of their website, professional images, branding materials, digital profile, or any other included deliverables.

No final products, files, websites, images, or services will be released until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Redemption Policy

The July Transformation Suite is a limited-time promotional offer.

All services included in this suite must be scheduled and redeemed before August 31, 2026.

Any unused services or incomplete Transformation Suites remaining after August 31, 2026, will be forfeited and automatically cancelled without refund, credit, or transfer, unless otherwise approved in writing by Integrity Church Development & Consultancy.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely completion of your Transformation Suite, clients agree to:

• Provide all requested information, photographs, logos, written content, approvals, and other required materials in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to requests for revisions, approvals, or additional information.
• Attend all scheduled consultations, meetings, and photography sessions.

Failure to provide required materials or approvals in a timely manner may delay the project and may prevent completion before the redemption deadline.

Scheduling & Availability

All consultations, photography sessions, meetings, and other services are scheduled by appointment only and are subject to availability.

Clients are encouraged to reserve their appointments as early as possible to ensure every component of their Transformation Suite is completed before the redemption deadline.

Scope of Services

The July Transformation Suite includes only the services outlined in the selected package.

Any additional services, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or client-requested additions may be subject to additional fees.
