Virtual Consultations
Virtual consultations are conducted through secure online platforms (e.g., Zoom or similar video conferencing tools) and are ideal for clients who are located outside of the local area or prefer the convenience of meeting remotely.
Virtual consultations include:
- Real-time video or audio consultation
- Professional assessment and strategic guidance

Clients will receive connection details prior to the scheduled consultation time. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for the session.
In-Person Consultations
In-person consultations are available for clients who prefer face-to-face engagement or require on-site evaluation of their ministry or organization.
In-person consultations may take place at:
- The client’s ministry or organizational location
- A mutually agreed-upon meeting location
- A designated consultation office or venue
In-person sessions allow for direct observation of ministry operations, facilities, leadership structure, and workflow, which may provide additional insight for more comprehensive recommendations.

In-person consultations outside of the immediate service area may require additional travel-related fees, including but not limited to:
- Transportation or mileage
- Accommodation (if overnight stay is required)
- Venue or facility access costs (if applicable)
Any additional costs will be communicated and approved in advance prior to confirming the consultation.
